Care Plan Terms And Conditions

Terms: Limit 1 discount per offer.

Payment/ Membership Information- We require a credit card on file. Credit card will be auto-charged after each monthly cycle on the same date of sign- up. Re-scheduling of services must be made prior to the day of service. First (14) months of services are required to receive the discounted rate. You can cancel your membership at any time-If cancelled within the first 14 months from the date of sign up- you will be prorated to the one time service call costs, based on the number of service calls already completed. There are no cancellation fees/ hidden fees. We simply would like payed for the work completed to this point at the one time service call fee cost ($175). Membership will auto renew until membership is canceled. Membership must be canceled in writing (email is [email protected]).

Summer Time/ Spring/ Fall- Hot Weather Conditions- We may choose to use pressurized water to clear, unclog, clean, and wash out your gutters, downspouts or gutter drains. We may use just our hands. It is left to the technicians discretion on the proper solution method.

Fall Time/ Snow/ Freezing Weather Conditions  – In the Fall or during anytime where it is below 49 degrees outside, we may not be able to wash your gutters or downspouts out with water after clearing them. This is due to safety issues. During this scenario, we will most likely only be able to hand clean your gutters/ downspouts without flushing them. At this point we will simply toss the debris onto the lawn. Or place into a bin/ bag that you provide. It is left to the technicians discretion on the proper solution method. If conditions on the property are deemed “unsafe” by the technician during any service call, we will not be able to complete certain aspects of the service call until the “unsafe issue” is corrected.

*All remaining service calls for the year are non refundable if not scheduled.

*The service calls must be scheduled prior to December 20th of each calendar year.
